Welcome to Poly's Dough! I am Polyxeni Karanasiou from Greece, and this is a place where I share my genuine passion with you all! I am a Food Technologist and love to create delicious and healthy snacks for every occasion! During the pandemic, my life changed a lot, and the new reality gave me the unique opportunity to learn to a greater extent about cooking and baking, be more creative and practice new traditional recipes every day. Poly's Dough is a result of countless hours spent in the kitchen making my favourite traditional recipes, and I know you will enjoy them too!
